Participation in Marca Bologna 2019 represented an important opportunity for visibility for the Regional Networks within the Il Buon Gusto Italiano Business Network — groups of excellent companies that work closely with the world of craftsmanship. The initiative provided the chance to present to buyers and industry professionals a cohesive and interconnected group capable of enhancing the quality and diversity of Italian production. The stand, covering more than 220 square metres, attracted a constant flow of visitors, drawn also by the tastings prepared by Executive Chef Cesare Veronesi, who skillfully showcased the companies’ products through original pairings and innovative flavour combinations.
The fair also served to strengthen relationships with partners and to promote the Network’s participation in major sector events, including Cibus Connect in Parma, HOFEX in Hong Kong, TuttoFood in Milan, Summer Fancy Food in New York, and Anuga in Cologne.
