Founded in 1980 in Merano, Pfitscher began as a small artisanal butcher shop and has, over time, evolved into a leading charcuterie company in the South Tyrolean landscape. For more than forty years, it has combined rural tradition with technological innovation, offering genuine cured meats and speck free from gluten, colourants, and milk derivatives.
