Founded in 1950, Caseificio Longo is a company deeply rooted in the Piedmontese dairy tradition. With a perfect blend of craftsmanship and innovation, the company produces typical cheeses such as Tomini, Toma Piemontese PDO and Seirass Reale, ensuring consistent quality and authenticity. A modern production organisation and a rigorous quality control system enable Longo to promote the flavours of Piedmont.

Production is based on selected Piedmontese milk, processed according to recipes handed down through generations. Among its most famous specialities, the Tomino del Boscaiolo® is a cheese with a sweet taste and a subtle spicy note, compact and versatile, perfect for grilling, frying or baking.
