On 11 and 12 September, the Network held its third training meeting, which brought together company representatives and partners for a rich programme of discussions and networking activities, accompanied by a cultural visit to the town of Amalfi and its famous Cathedral.

The meeting took place at San Giorgio Italian Bakery House in Castel San Giorgio (SA), which hosted the sessions dedicated to the theme of cybersecurity. The training was led by Riccardo Fiona, CEO of Fragma Security – part of the Lodestar Group, a company specialising in consultancy and cyber risk assessment.

Thanks to the warm hospitality of the Bruno family, participants had the opportunity to visit the production site and gain first-hand insight into the processes and technologies that have enabled the company — active since the 1980s — to become a benchmark in the frozen bakery products sector.
