Founded in 1868 in Caltrano, in the province of Vicenza, Zuccato is a family-run business with over 150 years of history in the world of preserved foods. What began as a small grocery shop under founder Federico Zuccato grew thanks to his insight in producing sauerkraut, transforming a simple peasant food into a year-round specialty.

The company has evolved over time while maintaining a strong commitment to raw material quality and technological innovation. Today, Zuccato controls the entire production chain in-house, from vegetable selection to processing and packaging, ensuring safety, traceability, and authentic flavour.

The product range includes sauerkraut, pickles, preserves, olives, and oil-preserved products, all born from a tradition blending experience, passion, and continuous focus on quality improvement.
