Grissinificio Linea Derby was founded in 1978 by the Tortone family as manufacturer of Rubatà breadsticks, a true traditional foodproduct of Piedmontese tradition.
Derby’s Rubatà gained rapidly popularity thanks to its quality and respect for tradition, being characterised by a long leavening process and made with ingredients sourced from selected, certified suppliers.
Over the years, Grissinificio Linea Derby acquired Uniongriss and expanded its range to include Turin-style stretched breadsticks, artisan breadsticks and snacks (mini breadsticks and crackers).
