Marca Bologna 2026

Marca 2026 has come to a close, once again confirming itself as a key event for Private Label and the Italian agri-food sector. For Il Buon Gusto Italiano, the exhibition represented a central opportunity for dialogue with modern retail and leading industry operators.

The Network took part in the event with a stand of over 500 sqm—the largest at the fair—hosting 32 member companies and 6 Network partners. The presence within a single, unified exhibition space enabled a strong concentration of qualified stakeholders, creating a clear point of reference for buyers and industry professionals, while expanding visibility and engagement opportunities for participating companies and partners.

Over the two days, the stand hosted meetings with modern retail operators, range presentations, and dedicated discussions focused on the development of projects and collaborations. As in previous editions, the exhibition space also featured an open kitchen area with table service, supporting product presentations and tastings and fostering direct, targeted interaction with buyers.

Il Buon Gusto Italiano would like to thank the Network’s member companies and partners, chefs Cesare Veronesi and Federico Martinelli for their valuable contribution, the I.I.S. Bartolomeo Scappi and Professor Davide Belletti for their support, as well as the Italian Minister of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry, Francesco Lollobrigida, for his appreciated visit.
