On Friday, 9 November, Giancarlo Taglia, Network Manager, and Antonello Santi, Sales Director of Lattebusche — one of the member companies — took part in a training session at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. The lecture was held as part of the Master’s Degree in Corporate Communication, Media and Complex Organisations (CIMO), coordinated by Professor Annalisa Tunisini and Professor Renato Fiocca, within the courses Principles of Strategic Marketing and Strategic Marketing.
During the session, Taglia presented to students the model and objectives of the Business Network, outlining its growth path and the synergies that have supported its development. Santi then shared the story and evolution of Lattebusche, highlighting the organisational and managerial aspects that have contributed to the company’s success.
The meeting offered a valuable moment of dialogue between the academic and business worlds, providing participants with a concrete example of the value of collaboration within networks as a driver of competitiveness and innovation for Italian enterprises.
