Bertoncello Gnocchi, leader in the gnocchi production in Italy, and Acetificio Mengazzoli, with 70 years of experience in the production of quality vinegars sold worldwide. The network counts now 23 companies, with an annual turnover of about 900 million euros.
In addition to the production of gnocchi, Bertoncello has added a complete range of flour and semi-finished products for gnocchi for professional use and for self-consumption with the possibility of creating customized mixes. Today the company actively collaborates with tailor-made products with the most important discounters and Horeca customers.
Aceteificio Mengazzoli, on the other hand, has combined the centuries-old tradition of vinegar with innovation, diversifying the production from wine vinegars to apples, from Balsamic Creams to Mostagri, from salts to flavored vinegars. Among the most appreciated products are the balsamic vinegar of Modena Dop and Igp, apple vinegar and Monovitigno wine vinegar.
