Our business network program

the Network's program consists in the preparation of projects, measures and initiatives, listed below, which have as their objective the achievement of strategic advantages.

In particular, the Participating Companies prepare the joint management of the following activities:

Creation of a complete range of products / services to be presented on the market, with possible preparation of a common catalogue;

Joint initiatives for the entry or management of one or more foreign markets;

Creation of a common portfolio of suppliers, with possible activation of a Purchase Central Department of production and / or service factors;

Central Sale Department;

Exchange of technical information (eg on used standards) or commercial information (customer info);

Research and Development projects of common interest;

07

Market research and / or acquisition of information for marketing;

Management of relationships with e.g. financial institutions;

Valorisation of the productions of the single participating companies as typical productions of the Italian territory;

Creation of a website that communicates to the target market the characteristics of the IL BUON GUSTO ITALIANO® Network project and the opportunities connected to it;

Realization of a joint logistics service and drafting of the relative regulation;

12

Implementation of marketing, promotion and marketing actions through the various distribution channels;

13

Participation in trade fairs in Italy and abroad;

14

Incoming organization of buyers and international distributors;

15

Creation of an e-commerce platform for online sales of the products and services of the Network.
