Getting a better and safer product is the commitment that drives every business choice every day. The procedures, in compliance with ISO 9001: 2008 quality management systems and the international standards for food safety BRC and IFS, provide for controls throughout the production process, starting from the receipt of raw materials, up to the distribution of the finished product .
On average, in one year more than 22,000 random analyzes are performed on incoming raw materials, more than 25,000 during processing, more than 65,000 on the finished product, as well as continuous monitoring of product parameters. During the phases of the production process, quality control makes samples on which chemical, microbiological and organoleptic analyzes are performed.
